Fast Diet Detox: Considerations and Methods


Our modern and sedentary lifestyle contributes largely to the development of various health issues, hence the interest today in a fast diet detox.  All these health complications arise by the accumulation of toxins over time.   • Juice fasting: or a liquid nutrient fast t is said to be the king of all the methods of detoxification because it not only cleans the system, but also helps in nourishing the body with the live enzymes that boosts the immune system and also provides proper nourishment to the dieter, thus making him sustain his fast for a considerable period of time. It is the best among all the fast diet detox methods.
  • Lemon juice maple cayenne fasting: This method of fasting for detoxification and cleansing may be considered part of the juice diet family since it supplies the body with basic nutritional energy and allows for a relatively comfortable cleansing.
